Deal directly with the owner

Window Works & Co is owner-operated. When you book a free in-home measure, you deal directly with the owner from the first conversation through to installation.

Why Window Works & Co exists

I spent over 10 years working for the big window furnishing companies, and I saw a gap. Customers were dealing with a string of different people, and the person who sold the job was rarely the one who measured it or installed it. Because nobody was with the job from beginning to end, things got missed, and that is where most of the problems came from.

Window Works & Co was set up to fix that. One person looks after your job from the first conversation to the final installation, so you always know who to talk to and nothing gets lost along the way.

What that means for you

The person who visits your home, measures your windows and helps you choose a product is the same person who looks after your order and your installation. There is no hand-off between a salesperson and a fitter, so your questions get straight answers.

How we work

We come to you, bring samples so you can compare colours, fabrics and finishes in your own light, and measure every opening. Your window furnishings are then made to suit your measured windows and professionally installed.

“Absolutely love our new blinds! From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic.” — Stephanie Torres, Google review
