Why S-fold curtains look so neat
On an S-fold track, the curtain hangs from carriers that are evenly spaced and linked together, so the fabric folds back and forth in the same S-shaped wave across the whole width. The folds stay even whether the curtains are open or closed, and they stack neatly to the side of the window.
Sheer, blockout or both
S-fold works with sheer fabrics for soft daylight and daytime privacy, and with blockout fabrics for bedrooms and media rooms. Many homes layer a sheer in front of a blockout on a double track, or pair a sheer with a blockout roller blind behind it. Ceiling or wall fixed
S-fold tracks can be fixed to the ceiling for a floor-to-ceiling look, or to the wall above the window. What the track fixes into matters: plaster, timber and concrete all need the right fixings, and we check this when we measure so the track sits straight and stays secure.
